What to do when encountering a large area of black: It is best to pad a color between 30-40 blue under a large area of black, or a similar dark color of 30-40, because in theory, black presses any color equal to black. The purpose is to prevent the printing from being black enough and white spots.
5. Resolution for printing: 300DPI. Of course, the higher the more clear.
6. What is bleeding? This is actually very simple, but there are still many people who do n’t know what it means. The purpose of bleeding is to ensure accurate die cutting. Normal paper is generally 3mm, and corrugation is generally 5-7mm. Due to design and imposition errors, bleeding can be less, but it must be guaranteed above 1.5mm.
7. The minimum size of hot stamping and hot stamping: generally it is guaranteed to be 0.3mm, and technically it can be between 0.1-0.2.
